Hello,

We are counting the days until our next appearances on HSN, and if you haven’t already, mark your calendars! Our 24 hour Craft Day shows are on March 7th and our hours for Anna Griffin Elegant Paper Crafting are at Midnight, 11am, 12pm, 4pm and 7pm, 8pm and 10pm. Last Friday we announced that the Anna Griffin Super Sale is back! It will run from 12pm EST Monday, February 19th through 12 pm EST Tuesday, February 20th. You’re going to love this once a year flash sale of crafting items at extraordinary values! Please see our previous post for FAQs on the Super Sale.

I just love tulips! I wish you would do more with violets and lilacs. I grew up with these flowers as well as daisies and tulips but living in Texas you can’t find them.. Actually,, I like all of the flowers with the exception of roses. As beautiful as they are, roses just aren’t on my list of faves. I guess that makes me unamerican?

  2. Gwen Ogburn says:

Great card tutorial with all your beautiful supplies. I love the tulips which was one of my Dad’s favorite flowers. He has been gone 22 years. Anna, Thank you for having the Super Sale again this year. I love the mini die cut machine and the treasury of dies and stamps.

  3. Anna Griffin says:

The base of the card from Floral Cardstock AG 635. The pink layer is from AG-514 and it called “Cardstock for Die-cutting and Embossing”.

  4. Sandy Christman says:

Anna, the two papers you used for this card, please tell me where they are from? What paper set ?

  5. Lis says:

    HI ANNA!

I hope that you or your staff reads this request. I didn’t get a chance to get my treasury book. Are you going to bring it back? I sure hope so.

Thank you, Anna and team, for not only giving us weekly inspiration (love the tutorials and fan mail shares!), but also for all the work you will end up doing on the “long” weekend in February so that we can take advantage of the Super Sale (which really, really is super!). You are the best!
    Regards, Anne

Saw that others had their Vintage Bunny Easter diecut kit canceled as well! They were far from being out of stock when I ordered so not happy that HSN is doing this…don’t they know we’ll still take them even if Easter is over? LOLOL I know I would!!!!! 😉

Now, as for today’s demo, love it, making my Valentine’s cards now, thankfully don’t need as many as Xmas, so think I’ll make it! 😀

  9. Sherry Bogardo says:

  10. Jayne Evans says:

Beautiful card, and I have ALL the things needed from your products to complete this project!!!
Your next big Craft Day will be on my birthday, March 7, so I’ll just have to get myself a “To me From me” special gift!!

  11. Mary Bates Richter says:

Oh Anna….. the tulip stamp /dies are fabulous! Thank you, thank you for bringing Spring to my wintry day. Does this mean we can look forward to other beautiful flowers?

Kim W. the valentine stamp is the round inner stamp next to the butterfly and champagne bottle….

  14. Anna Griffin says:

Be sure that you have favorited them on hsn.com, and you will be notified when they are back in stock.

  15. Sandy Duell says:

Tulips tell you spring is here. I love them. Ya’ll are like a little Petulia Clark! I was very small when she came out but I like the song Downtown. Google it.

  16. Patti Garcia says:

That is very pretty I’m going to try it now. Keep ideas coming for the Treasury. Are the inks and powders coming back in March?

  17. Maria M Hernández says:

I’m interested to know if you are using regular ink to stamp. I thought the ink used had to have some type of glue in order to adhere the embossing powder. Thanks for your help!

  18. Linda DeVries says:

Beautiful Valentine’s Day card tutorial. Like Maureen, I think that dies and embossing folders, etc. for children would be useful. Another kit for children (plus older than toddlers) would be helpful.

  19. Sandra Griswold says:

Haven’t done anything with embossing powder. Will have to give it a try. This is a beautiful card and I love the tulips..

  20. Elizabeth A says:

Lovely card and I get inspired by how you use the supplies, even the “elderly” scalloped scissors which I still have and love.

  21. Sandra Madanski says:

What a beautiful card. Anyone would love ❤️ to receive this. Anna, love your card ideas.
Can’t wait for your super sale.

  22. Darlene Morales says:

Beautifully done as always Anna….Tulips are so pretty! I will have to get this for my mother, I think she’ll just love it. It looks easy enough for her to work with.

  23. Beverly says:

A fabulous card Anna. I love tulips. So glad this was part of the treasury. But what made me really want to buy it was the wine bottle. I can’t seem to have enough of them. I will definitely make this card for my girlfriend who also loves tulips and whose birthday is Valentine’s Day. Another request Anna for us African-American followers, could you come up with stamps and dies for Kwanzaa. If there was anyone who could come up with something spectacular it would be you. Thanking you in advance Anna.

  24. BARBARA SHIKIAR says:

    Hi Anna and Team,

Love the card. I am looking forward to the sale. I have never participated before but I will give it a shot.

Looking forward to Valentine’s Day. Probably because it brings the winter closer to an end. I do not like the cold or the snow, although I love watching winter sports on television. As long as there is a television screen between me and the cold I am happy.
Thanks for the tutorial. Bye for now.

  25. Michelle Garbutt says:

So pretty – brings a bit of Spring to inspire us in the craft room and planning for our gardens.

I would love a set of stencils that match some of the embossing folders. We could use the stencils to mask and expose certain design elements to color with stencil brushes with your pretty pigment ink pads or pastel chalks for a whisper of color. The stencils would also make lovely backgrounds and could be used with stencil paste and glitters. How lovely to stencil the envelope too.

    Pretty pretty pretty

  26. Davina says:

Beautiful Card. I received my stamps and dies but have not played with them yet.
Can’t wait to make this card. Thank you Anna ❤️

  27. Mary Esser says:

    Hi,
I am looking forward to your Super Sale again this year. I have bought several beautiful things in the past. Time to make my Valentines, have a beautiful day.

  28. Donna Marie DeGraw says:

Thanks for me how to use the embossing powder. My friend ordered it wasn’t sure how to use it. I just wish that you had a video to show me. I learn easier to see it being done. But for now I we’ll try your step by step. You make the best cards out there. I have fun trying to make mine as good as your but maybe someday I we’ll have it. Thanks for sharing.

  29. Doris Bradley says:

Another lovely addition to our collection of beautiful things that Anna Griffin brings us. I have made a dozen handmade valentine’s and going to make more for sure. Felice Anna Nuovo Happy New Year In Italian Doris in Texas

  30. Beverly says:

What a lovely inspiration!! The flash sale sounds like a lot of fun. Never participated before so I will be ready. There are so many things I would like to find on sale! Been making valentine cards and would love to see some kits that my granddaughters could make, or even some card kits that are more appropriate for children. Halloween is just around the corner and the shaker card kit for that holiday would be great. I have several grandchildren and volunteer at a local school so always on the lookout for something for kids!

  31. Carla Haase says:

Always enjoy your sample cards here on the blog and on-air. They inspire me. Thanks for the ideas.
Can’t wait for the sale. Will be there at midnight.

  32. Angel Cyr says:

    Hey, — Do I See Decorative Scissors ? …

Would you ever consider coming out with your own A.G. Set Of Scissors ? Would L~O~V~E That One !!! These scissors will always be needed, for the Crafter who likes doing, unique ” detail ” work ! You could own every shape decorative cutting die and every straight decorative cutting die, but nothing — but the decorative scissors will allow for the Crafter to cut their own unique piece. For example : To stamp a rose and cut with the scissors — 2″ larger, than the rose !!! … Hmmm, now I think I’ll go and pull out my giant bag of decorative scissors … and cut some images out !!! … and ink the edges !!! … Thanks, for the inspiration !!! … Angel

  33. Anna Griffin says:

Victoria, we hope to have more on hsn.com in February! Be sure to favorite the item on HSN.com, and you will get a notification when they are back in stock.

  34. Maureen says:

Beautiful, tulips say it all, spring is in the air or at least coming. That creative tulip stamp creation can be made with so many of your other products and that truly Anna, is one of the finer things of you and your products. Can’t wait for march but first the flash sale. One request after making numerous children bday cards ( for parties) this weekend, I realized you have no kits for this nor dies just for kids. Sure would be a plus to have something along this line added to my stash, thanks for listening

  35. Linda Dedmon says:

I love this and am going to make. I was not fast enough to get the Fancy Flourish dies last show but think I can improvise. I sure hope the dies are back next show.

  36. Dee-Dee Riggs says:

Tulips are my favorite, so I love it! I learned a simple little technique I’ve never done before which was folding up the bottom of the paper. Oftentimes I wanted to show two sides of a sheet of paper and never even thought of that. Can’t wait to try my Treasury set out. Thanks for all your inspiration Anna.

  37. Victoria C. says:

I love all your craft products. Just disappointed to see that my order for Vintage. Bunny die cuts was just cancelled. I had hopes to make some Vintage Easter Cards. Please, please, offer them again.

  38. Barbara F. Smith says:

How can we wait until March to see you again? This card is lovely that I want to make it immediately. We can use so many of your beautiful items to crate this gem. See you soon.
